We do not collect passwords (we use passwordless authentication), payment card details (billing is via gift codes), or personal identification documents.

• To authenticate your identity and provide access to your account
• To process and execute your scraping tasks
• To manage your account balance and transaction history
• To send essential service emails (verification codes, critical updates)

We do not use your information for marketing, advertising, or selling to third parties.

• Your account data is stored in a secure cloud database
• Scraped results and cloud files are stored until you choose to delete them
• If you delete your account, all associated data will be permanently removed

We use the following third-party services:

• Cloud database provider — secure data storage and authentication infrastructure
• Email delivery service — transactional emails only (verification codes)

We do not use any analytics, tracking, or advertising services.

• Access — view your data through your dashboard at any time
• Export — download all your scraped results as CSV, JSON, or TXT
• Delete — delete your cloud files or request full account deletion
